03 - Combine chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until completely smooth and fully melted (approximately 1-2 minutes total).
04 - Hold each Peep by the stick or by the base and dip into the melted chocolate, turning to ensure even coating. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before proceeding.
05 - Immediately sprinkle with chosen toppings while the chocolate coating remains wet to ensure proper adhesion.
06 - Place decorated Peeps on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat dipping process with remaining Peeps.
07 - Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until chocolate is completely set. Serve chilled or at room temperature as desired.
