- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and a dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat for all mixture. Shape each ball gently into a slightly oval bunny head.
- Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for the tail.
- Let the chocolate set for 5–10 minutes.
- Using a toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add a nose and fill the insides of the ears. Draw eyes with an edible food marker or black decorating gel.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
