Adorable chocolate-coated Oreo truffles shaped like bunnies—perfect for spring festivities or Easter celebrations.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Pink candy melts or pink food coloring (for ears and nose)
05 - Mini marshmallows (for tails and ears)
06 - Edible black food marker or black decorating gel (for eyes)
07 - Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decoration)

# How-To Steps:

01 - Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and a dough forms.
03 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat for all mixture. Shape each ball gently into a slightly oval bunny head.
04 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
05 - Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
08 - While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for the tail.
09 - Let the chocolate set for 5–10 minutes.
10 - Using a toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add a nose and fill the insides of the ears. Draw eyes with an edible food marker or black decorating gel.
11 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The cream cheese Oreo filling tastes like the inside of a gourmet truffle but takes zero actual cooking skills
  • Watching them transform from simple chocolate balls into actual little bunny faces brings out the kid in everyone
02 -
  • If your chocolate coating thickens while working microwave it for 10 seconds to loosen it up but do not overheat
  • The marshmallow ears might fall off if the coating has already set so work quickly or use a tiny dab of melted chocolate as glue
03 -
  • Use a skewer to dip the Oreo balls instead of a fork for less dripping and more control
  • If it is humid in your kitchen the coating might sweat so work quickly and get them into the fridge
