# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under half an hour, yet tastes like you labored over it for hours.
  • The crispy toasted sourdough soaks up every creamy, cheesy bite without turning soggy.
  • Leftovers (if there are any) reheat beautifully and taste even richer the next day.
02 -
  • If you skip squeezing the spinach dry, the dip will pool with liquid and never set properly.
  • Don't overbake or the top will crack and the edges will turn rubbery instead of creamy.
  • Toast the bread just before serving, if it sits too long it softens and loses its crisp.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to hollow out the bread bowl cleanly without tearing the crust.
  • If the dip looks too thick before baking, stir in a tablespoon of milk to loosen it.
  • Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan on top before baking for a deeper golden crust.
