01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
02 - Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt using a microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, or over a double boiler until smooth.
03 - Holding each Peep by the base or using a skewer, dip it into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off.
04 - Place the coated Peep on the prepared baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles or other decorations if desired.
05 - Repeat with all remaining Peeps.
06 - Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
07 - Store in an airtight container at cool room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
